if I buy this cleaner with the extended 3 year warranty, who does the service work if it needs service?
Great question! If the repair is covered under the unit's initial manufacturer warranty, then Water Tech would either repair or replace the unit. If, for some reason, the repair is not covered under the manufacturer warranty or it occurs after the manufacturer warranty period, then the repairs are covered by the extended warranty provider, which in our case is CPS. In case you have never shopped around for warranty companies (because most people haven't), CPS is an outstanding warranty provider with an excellent customer service record.
